Our fantastic bride "Marilyn" and our Greek groom George!

We love our "job" for many reasons, but one of them is that we have the opportunity to meet some great people!!! Two of them were Claudia and George.

When she came down the stairs of the venue with her fantastic dress, we decided to call her "Marilyn" from that moment on!
Her simple white 50's dress, lace gloves and vale were matching perfectly to the whole decoration.

We chose light pink and white seasonal greek flowers with a touch of green.
A lovely handmade statue, candles and the volcano view in the background completed the ideal scenery.

After the very emotional ceremony we had a glass of champagne and enjoyed the fabulous wedding cake.

Here is the photo shooting on the cliff of Caldera in Imerovigli with her husband and their 2 beautiful children. The view was breathtaking!!!

No matter how many guests you have, you just need to be with the person you love to be happy!!!

We love Bridesmaids....

Having your sister or best friend as a bridesmaid: what could be nicer!! It's just an honor!!

Helping the bride getting ready for the big moment... with joy, laughter and of course a few drinks...

Our amazing "black swan" with her wonderful bridesmaids and groomsmen.

Our sweet flower girls...

The dream of every young princess: have a white horse...

Silvia & Alberto

The ceremony of this lovely Colombian couple took place in their villa on Pyrgos village.

During the months of the preparation for their wedding,we understood that Silvia loves the yellow.
So we got her yellow!!!!

The decoration of the rustic table ceremony was matched of seasonal white and yellow Greek flowers in a vase full of slices of lemon. The all venue was inhale with lemon.

After some tears and laughs, time to cut the delicious cake!!!We choose a simple but elegant one with pearls details and of course a touch of yellow at the top could not be missing.

After the ceremony the cake and the champagne, they went to take picture in the small traditional path of Imerovigli village.

Walking down the village, the photographer took the photoshooting in one of the best spot of Imerovigli!! A mill house on the edge of the cliff!!One of our favorite picture!

We really took care so the photoshooting was at sunset and thank to God,the colors where incredible!!

They finished the wedding with a fantastic dinner at Astra on a private terrace. They loved it.

Pink sweet Weddings ....

Pink is the color most commonly associated with charm, politeness, sensitivity, tenderness, sweetness, childhood and romance.

Hand gathered in selected floral farms and blossoming with the sweetest shades of pink, this stunning flower arrangement has been picked fresh for the bride.

Softly modern style, in a fabulous combination of White & Pink.

When pink is combined with violet or black, it is associated with eroticism and attraction.

And of course the wedding dress!!!!

Pink is a positive color inspiring warm and comforting feelings, a sense that everything will be ok till the end.

And this is what you are hoping for with your wedding and marriage.

Wedding tradition and superstition explained

Wearing a Veil:
This custom originated in Rome when a bride would wear a veil down the aisle to disguise herself from evil spirits who were jealous of her happiness.

Seeing each other before the wedding:
This superstition dates back, when people believed that if the couple saw each ither before the ceremony, it would give them a chance to change their minds about the wedding.

Rain on your wedding day:
In some cultures, rain on your wedding day symbolizes fertility and cleansing.

Carring the bride over  the threshold:
It's a superstition that began in medieval Europe. To avoid bringing in any evil spirits, the groom carried the bride into their new home.

Breaking glass:
In Italy, the couple smashes a vase or a glass at their wedding, and they put a lot of muscle into it,too.
The tradition says that however many pieces the glassware breaks into will symbolize how many years they'll be happily married.

Crying on your wedding day:
It is supposed to be good luck because it sybolizes that she has shed all her tears and will not have any to shed during her marriage. So go ahead and get teary-eyed.just be sure to wear some waterproof mascara.....
