A Colorful and Beautiful Day

Our sweet couple Sarah & Steve decided to celebrate their union in our beautiful Santorini with the summer's blue skies and warm breeze.

It was such an amazing day, filled with laughter, love and nature's magnificent masterpiece in the caldera cliff view. 

The couple exchanged their vows in the Anastasi Church among their closest and most loved ones. It was a beautiful Orthodox ceremony. We were so happy to be a part of it!

The church is walking distance from their Hotel and Venue, Astra Suits, so the couple chose to walk back to the reception with the sound of the traditional Greek band playing beside them along the way. 

It truly was a beautiful scene: the happy couple holding hands, their family and friends laughter, the Greek music and the caldera view! Seemed like we were in a movie scene.

Their reception continued in this intimate and happy atmosphere surrounded by the romantic and beautiful decoration. 

The flower arrangements with light pink/yellow, white and touches of green provided a colorful and joyful decoration theme and the Golden clutter and plates added a luxurious touch to the table set. 

Before dinner began the bride's father said a lovely prayer and then they enjoyed the delicious food with the amazing view of the sunset! 

The speeches were heart warming and showed us how much this couple is loved and supported by their family and friends. 

The magical evening ended with fireworks at the caldera and it was a perfect final touch!

Kirston & Kostas

A love story that began 23 years ago could only result in one of the most amazing weddings of the year!

After a summer romance many years ago the universe decided to help reunite this lovely couple! And so here they are celebrating their love with Santorini's natural beauty as a background.

The wedding's preparations began at the Architect's House with an amazing view of the caldera cliff.

There we saw such sweet family love;

And our stunning Greek goddess!

The ceremony was very heart warming and romantic at the church of Profitis Elias in Imerovigli.

Their reception was held Theros Wave Bar and was so much fun!

We had Greek typical dancing

And all the guests joined in the dancing!

The decoration was beautiful, elegant and very cheerful, reflecting all the nice atmosphere that was present that night!

We felt very proud of the results and had an amazing time planning this special day!

A Diamond Friendship and Partnership

"Fra, I am ready to finish for the day, the children are waiting for me. I will answer the catering email once I am home, ok?" said Sarah.

"No problem, I will continue my research for the flowers until the girls arrive" replied Frantseska. 

"So many years have gone by, can you believe how much we have accomplished? Our families grew, our professions developed and now we have our own business which involves creating happy memories! Could it get any better?" said Sarah.

"It can always get better! See you tomorrow." replied Frantseska. 

And so a normal day in office finishes and we can start our other beloved "job" which is being with our family. We both have two young children each and give a great importance to our family's union. 

The positive and understanding work environment we have accomplished comes from a 15 year strong friendship which also resulted in a successful business partnership.  

We apply to our relationships with our clients the same care, attention and respect that we have between each other. This is why we end up becoming good friends with our clients.

We both come from multicultural backgrounds and have a great passion for travelling. This has made us very familiar with different cultures throughout the world and are at ease communicating in a effective and cultural sensitive way with people from different nationalities and mentalities. 

Frantseska Tsebelis comes from a Greek-Italian family. She is an talented architect and interior designer with over 16 years of experience and is partner in Oikos Architecture. 

She is passionate for decoration and colours. With her unique creativity, she designs elegant and special events which are always focused on her clients' wishes. A perfect example of her good taste is her own home, where our office is located.

Sarah Carpenter is a Belgian fashion designer. She is married to a Greek and has been living in Greece for 20 years now. She is a partner in 4 retail fashion boutiques in Santorini (Spicy Boutique & The Lace). 

Her love for fashion and natural talent  for details ensures perfect results. Her patience and listening skills always make our clients feel at ease.

So bringing our talents together and our know-how in different areas, we created "The Diamond Rock" in order to express our creativity and business skills and create magical memories for our dear clients. The Diamond Rock is a boutique event planning company based in Santorini.

We also have a beautiful and exclusive venue (The Diamond Rock Venue) which has a lovely villa attached to it (The Architect's House). This combination of having the venue and the villa in the same location grants our clients the utmost privacy during their stay.
